Returns
We accept returns on non-custom items within 30 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us at raina@paintedraina.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Returned items must be:

unused
-
in their original condition
-
returned in appropriate packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Custom or made-to-order items

Earrings, due to hygiene reasons
All custom orders are final sale.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Depending on the item and your preference, we will either:

send a replacement, or

issue a refund
If the damaged item is a one-of-a-kind original artwork that cannot be reproduced, a refund will be issued.
We will cover shipping costs for replacements due to shipping damage.
Lost Packages
All orders include a tracking number.
If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, or is lost in transit, the customer must file a claim with the shipping carrier using the provided tracking information.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
These charges are determined by the destination country and are not controlled by our store.
Return Address
Return instructions and the return address will be provided after a return request is approved.
