Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within up to 7 business days.
Because many of our pieces are handmade, processing times may vary slightly depending on order volume and production time.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped using Shopify Shipping through carriers such as:

Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
Please note that shipping times provided by carriers are estimates and not guaranteed.
Tracking Your Order
All orders include a tracking number, which will be sent to the email address used during checkout.
Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information for delivery updates.
Lost or Missing Packages
If a package is lost in transit or marked delivered but cannot be located, the customer must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier using the provided tracking number.
Shipping carriers manage and investigate these claims.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Depending on the item and your preference, we will either:

send a replacement, or

issue a refund
If the damaged item is a one-of-a-kind original artwork that cannot be reproduced, a refund will be issued.
International Shipping
We may offer international shipping to select countries.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
These charges are determined by the destination country and are not controlled by our store.
Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on customs processing.
